BAR SERVICE FEE only applicable where Alcohol is to be purchased and consumed at the function and covers the clubs' costs of providing a Duty Manager to operate the bar.
The bar is only available at the following times:
- Monday to Thursday 5pm to 11pm
- Friday, Saturday, and Public Holidays 11am to 1am
- Sundays 11am to 11pm
If the bar service is required at other times, a 'Special License’ from the licensing authority to permit the sale of alcohol will be needed. Please note that a Special License must be applied for in advance and currently takes at least 20 working days to be processed. The cost of applying for the license will be paid by the hirer in advance and is non-refundable.
We do not allow BYOD events.
Alcohol purchased from the bar can only be consumed in the clubrooms upstairs and cannot be taken to the changing rooms downstairs, the carpark or playing fields
Hirer to leave clubrooms clean, tidy and all rubbish placed in bins downstairs.
If required, we can arrange for a cleaner after your event – additional cost $80.00.
All Bonds must be paid seven days before an event taking place. Once the Bond is paid, we will confirm your booking.
